Beautiful apartment with great sea views. Ideally located for a walk into town or along the stunning coastline. Everything that you needed for a great stay. There was a swimming pool and spa and also BBQ facilities. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay , Apartment well appointed clean and comfortable. Easy access parking included a plus . Everyone was helpful. Would recommend a night or two here. Slight delay on using lift if near check out time

My family and I have stayed at the Observatory many times over the last 20 years.|We love the location, the rooms, the pool area, the barbecue area (always spotless) and the friendly staff. We find the internal car park very convenient, especially on arrival and departure.

Well appointed, clean, spacious apartment with a magnificent view of town beach. |Room 3206|Well located with short stroll to beach. |Traffic reasonably noisy during the day but very quiet evenings to mornings.

A complete ripoff. This was a cheap tasteless ghetto. For that money expectation plummeted once we saw the room. No character. Literally for that price $500 we could have stayed at a modern luxury boutique hotel. And why? Because of the beach. Which incidentally was barely visible from the room.

Fantastic hotel for a family holiday, for many reasons including location, convenience, Family friendly atmosphere, comfy beds great ammenities, not to mention the stunning views of town beach! Would recommend if you’re looking for a great place to stay at Port Macquarie 10 stars Mantra Observatory!

VERY tired old room, everything dated and worn out. Very overpriced for state of the room. Holes in sheets, uncomfortable bed, cracks in walls, TV old and not programmed, rusty old DVD player?? I’m an Accor Plus member and was shocked at the state of this room. I reported it to management and got a generic answer of “sorry for your experience and please come again”! HELL NO! AVOID! Positives are nice location and friendly reception staff.
